DK-United and DK-Ezyro are independent community projects. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not represented as an official service of, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with the original DarkEden publishers, developers or other third-party rights holders.

Names, marks, game content and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References are used only to identify the community project, compatible service or subject matter concerned.

Non-commercial hobby operation

The projects are operated as independent community-run hobby services. Current or future features, including account functions, closed testing, digital items or voluntary contributions, do not change the independent status unless a separate published notice says otherwise.

Visitors must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally permitted to access the relevant community content in their jurisdiction. Essential age-access acknowledgement may be requested before non-legal public content is shown.
