Copyright, Trademark & Illegal Content Reports

Version 1.0.0 Updated 17 July 2026 The Netherlands

1. Purpose

This procedure is used to report copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation, unlawful personal-data publication and other allegedly illegal content hosted or displayed through the project services.

2. How to report

Send the report to DK-United: legal@darkedenunited.com DK-Ezyro: legal@dkezyro.com and include:

Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal data unless specifically requested through a secure method.

3. Handling

The operator may acknowledge the report, request clarification, preserve relevant evidence, restrict content temporarily, notify the affected user where appropriate, and decide whether to remove, disable, restore or leave content available. Urgent illegal or dangerous content may be acted on immediately.

4. Reasons and appeal

Where appropriate and lawful, the reporter and affected user will receive a reason for the decision and a method to request review. A review request should identify the original report/decision and explain the alleged error.

5. Copyright/trademark accuracy

Knowingly false infringement claims can harm users and may create legal liability. The project may reject incomplete or abusive reports. Third-party DarkEden materials remain with their respective rights holders; the projects do not claim ownership of those materials merely because they appear in a community context.

6. United States DMCA

The legal email is not represented as a United States Copyright Office “designated agent” unless and until a valid registration has been completed and the required public agent information is added. A formal DMCA process, if introduced, will use the statutory notice and counter-notice requirements.

7. Law-enforcement emergencies

Where there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service first. The project will respond to valid legal requests through the legal contact route.
