Game Client End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use an approved game client solely to connect to the authorised DK-United or DK-Ezyro service for personal, non-commercial gameplay and testing.

2. Ownership and third-party components

The EULA does not transfer ownership. Original DarkEden software, artwork, trademarks and other third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders. Original project launchers, patches, configuration, website code or branding remain with the project or their respective licensors. Open-source or third-party components may have separate licence notices that continue to apply.

3. Permitted use

• Install a reasonable number of copies on devices you control for authorised personal use.
• Use official updates, patches and configuration provided by the operator.
• Make a personal backup where lawful and technically appropriate.

4. Prohibited actions

• No bots, cheats, trainers, unauthorised macros, memory editing or automated gameplay.
• No packet manipulation, protocol abuse, exploit tools, credential interception or bypass of access/security controls.
• No modification, redistribution or repackaging that misrepresents a file as an official approved client.
• No reverse engineering, decompilation or circumvention except to the limited extent that applicable mandatory law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
• No use to attack, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to any system.

5. Updates, integrity and anti-cheat

The client may require updates or integrity checks before connection. To protect fair play and security, the service may compare approved file versions, client identifiers, connection metadata and relevant game/security events. It must not intentionally display or store plain-text passwords in public website modules.

6. System requirements and safety

You are responsible for compatible hardware, operating system, network access, backups and security software. Download only from approved project locations. The operator cannot guarantee compatibility with every old or modified device.

7. Beta and service changes

Beta clients may be unstable and may stop working after a patch, reset or test closure. The operator may update, replace or discontinue a client or server connection for security, legal or operational reasons.

8. Termination

The licence ends when access is terminated or when you materially breach this EULA. You must stop using and delete project-provided copies when reasonably requested, subject to any rights you retain under mandatory law or a third-party licence.

9. Warranty and mandatory rights

The client is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this EULA excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
